Return on investment examples:
Doubletree by Hilton Cadbury House: over £350k in new local corporate business.
Sanguine Hospitality: Apart from Hotel Indigo Liverpool, we helped to exceed all pre-opening budget targets. The good news was through a change in the strategy we were able to exceed the budget the year after.
Mercure Southampton Dolphin Hotel: Won the largest piece of accommodation business the hotel has ever seen, this hotel is now exceeding all expectations.
Best Western Cresta Court: Increased rates from £29.00 B&B to £45.00 B&B, however now at £80.00 B&B + due to the investment we were able to generate via a new owner of the hotel. This new owner was contacted by myself to see if they would be interested in investing in the property, this meeting concluded with the purchase of said hotel via Longrose Buccleuch.
Copthorne Hotel Sheffield: increased sales from £1.7 million to £2.5 million within a 12 month period, this project was enhanced with the help of the General Manager as she to became part of the sales team. Yorkshire South now Marketing Sheffield: invited to tender for numerous pieces of association business and saw an increase of ambassador sign ups which increased the number of events in Sheffield by 30%.
